So far this is working out great. I love the fresher tasting water. It looks crystal clear in my Mason jars. I keep my bottled water in glass jars so it is cold when I am ready to drink it. This was so easy and simple to set up and all the tools I needed were in the box. No leaking. I am glad I made this investment.

The product works great, was easy to install, and I hope will provide a trouble free service life. Having tried the major brands of faucet water filters, we found the cost of replacement filters to be as much or more than the initial assembly cost, the water drop does the same thing with a lower initial cost and affordable replacement filters, a no-brainer for me.

easy, water pressure is really almost better than without it, it's a tiny bit bulky in our sink, but that's mostly because our sink is small - and our faucet isn't a high neck type, just standard basic thing (rental apt). but it's great, highly recommend it. much better than pitchers or other brands of faucet filters.

Looks appealing, Easy to install. Instructions were clear being very easy to understand. No leaks. Water filtration works as expected. Does not get in the way when doing the dishes! I recommend this product not only for the excellent price but, ease of installation. This item is a worry-free system that will satisfy your water purification needs! ( "I will have an update when it comes time to replace the filter" ).

I have only used it for about a week and it seems to be doing its job. I like the taste of the water and the only drawback is it is bulky but not more bulky than other faucet filters. Just happens that my faucet is on the lower end nearer the sink, so washing big items needs more dexterity on my part. Dont forget to remove the plastic wrap in the filter itself before assembling. I totally did not know that and kept wondering why the filter was not releasing water but the tap part was. Duh....I like the convenience of this than my pitcher filter.

I switched to the Waterdrop system after having many problems with the other system I bought. This product is everything that the other system wasn't. It was very easy to install, the water tastes great, it doesn't leak, the filter stays in place and doesn't pop off every time you use it, and there's five times more water flow. It would take five minutes to fill the coffee pot with the Brita, where with the Waterdrop it fills in seconds. Thank you so much for putting an effort into its design. It really paid off! The old system went into the trash!

I really like the stream from both the filter and normal faucet outlets. I have a small sink in a tiny place with no dishwasher and this allows me to wash the dishes more efficiently (less water because of more pressure and minimal overspray because of the pressurized rain stream of water). It is also great to have the filter portion for filling a pot to boil water or filling the coffee pot with clean filtered water. As well, great price, easy installation, & fast delivery!

This came with instructions that made it easy to install. They have several rings to match to your faucet. It definitely made a difference in our ability to drink from our sink. We have not changed the filter yet but we do not have any leaking. It’s an easy flip of a switch to change back over to the non filter side. It does change your water flow to more of a shower spray setting. I like this but others may not. I am happy with this purchase.

The install was very straight forward and easy to do. There are a lot of attachments added in order to fit more faucets as well as gaskets and Teflon tape. There were no leaks from the start and everything went really well. The water tastes better and comes out cleaner than before. There is a good flow as well. It is a great purchase for the price. I highly recommend it.

Water tastes amazing. Allows fast, airy flow through both the filtered side and the faucet. Boxed with several adapters and even a special fitting for those faucets that are not standard. Ours worked with a regular adapter. Doesn't take up any more room than the Brita. Doesn't leak.
